On Friday 20th October we had a fantastic day celebrating our International Week. Everyone came dressed up and it was wonderful to see so many different cultures celebrated through dress and costume. In the morning each class was split into 7 groups and then all the children visited each class teacher to learn about a famous international person. The children completed a variety of activities in these groups. After lunch we invited our parents into the classroom to take part in activities linked to our value of respect. We enjoyed making things and doing a range of activities. At the end of the day we celebrated by holding a communion service in the chapel and sharing what we had completed during the day. It was a wonderful event and we can’t wait for our next Values day.
