On Thursday 19th April Form 1 had a workshop entitled ‘Seedheads’.  They had great fun working with their parents in class to sow seeds and make heads that will grow ‘hair’ in the coming days and weeks.  Many thanks to all parents that took time out of their busy days to join us.

On Wednesday 24th January, 2018 Reception and Key Stage 1 took part in drama workshops with Perform. The children had a wonderfully energetic time exploring the theme of Outer Space and using drama, dance and singing to help develop their confidence, concentration and social skills.

Two of our head boys and head girls were invited to take part in the ‘Story of Christmas’ at St George’s Church. The story of Christmas is a magical event is the property and construction industries’ annual Christmas charity event of which Dame Judi Dench is the president.

Our choir had the opportunity to sing at the Chapels’ Community Carol service in December. They enjoyed partaking in the service and were even asked to begin the service by singing the first verse of ‘Once in Royal David City’ by themselves. They represented the school well.

Y5 were invited to Leicester Square to see their Winter window displays. When they arrived they went into the theatre and got hot chocolate and lots of treats. They were then handed their certificates and a voucher for a show. They also went to Santa’s grotto and listened to stories. It was great fun!
