On 15th January Form 4 visited the Natural History Museum and travelled through the exhibition Whales: Beneath the surface. The children explored more than 100 specimens, from parts of a colossal blue whale to a small harbour porpoise.  Form 4 learnt about whales, dolphins and porpoises’ wonderful adaptations to their environment and the similarities and differences between them and us. The children were set challenges from Margaret Gold and had to search the museum for the answers.
