We have been very busy in Form Three learning about the Ancient Egyptians and practising for our class assembly. In English we have written a report on the importance of the River Nile, a riddle about Egyptian gods and a re-telling of an Egyptian myth.

We have been immersing our ourselves in poetry as part of poetry day. We have performed a Roald Dahl poem to our parents and written autumn poems based on the senses.

In mathematics we have been concentrating on place value, addition and subtraction and multiplication and division. We were extremely lucky to have a music workshop last week where we were allowed to have a go on a range of musical instruments.
