Enrichment

Enrichment is an extremely important part of school life at St George’s. We feel it is vitally important that all pupils are offered the opportunity to take part in a range of extra-curricular activities. We have very strong links with our local community and utilise these for the benefit of all our pupils.

We also are incredibly privileged in having our own Cookery and DT room which enables cooking to be a high priority in our curriculum. We have a separate well-resourced music room and an up-to-date ICT suite with enough computers for one per child.

  • jam sandwiches, cupcakes, chips, fruit kebabs and an African salad. We’ve also made our own playdough but obviously didn’t eat that!
  • ANZAC biscuits during International Week.

We also worked as a school to achieve the bronze Games Mark award and the bronze Healthy Schools Partnership award as well as the Music Mark.
