Two of our head boys and head girls were invited to take part in the ‘Story of Christmas’ at St George’s Church. The story of Christmas is a magical event is the property and construction industries’ annual Christmas charity event of which Dame Judi Dench is the president.

Our choir had the opportunity to sing at the Chapels’ Community Carol service in December. They enjoyed partaking in the service and were even asked to begin the service by singing the first verse of ‘Once in Royal David City’ by themselves. They represented the school well.

Our choir have been very busy singing at a number of events and services. On Friday 8th December they took part in a Nine Lessons and Carols service at St Johns Smith Square. Five of our classes have enjoyed Street Dance lessons this year. They have leant lots of new moves and have been able to put a dance together. Y1 and Y4 visited Wagamama and helped make food. They enjoyed eating the food and drinking their smoothies. They learnt about what the chefs and the waiters do and they had lots of fun. They even came away with amazing party bags!

Reception had an amazing visit to the Royal Chapel where they decorated the Christmas tree for the queen. They had great fun putting baubles and tinsel on the tree. What a privilege!
