On Thursday 19th April Form 1 had a workshop entitled ‘Seedheads’.  They had great fun working with their parents in class to sow seeds and make heads that will grow ‘hair’ in the coming days and weeks.  Many thanks to all parents that took time out of their busy days to join us.

On Tuesday 27th February Form 5 and Form 6 were visited by the NSPCC.  They participated in a workshop teaching them about their rights and how to protect themselves as children.  They considered adults that they trust and who they could speak to if they felt unhappy about anything.

On Friday 23rd February Form 6 visited Two Temple Place to look at the exhibition ‘Jazz: Rhythm and Reaction.’  They learned about the introduction of Jazz to London in the 1920s and it’s impact on people and life at the time.  They explored the art of jazz and created their own ‘jazz band.  A thoroughly […]

On Tuesday 6th February the children at St. George’s participated in ‘Number Day’, an nationwide fundraising event in aid of the NSPCC. On Wednesday 24th January, 2018 Reception and Key Stage 1 took part in drama workshops with Perform. The children had a wonderfully energetic time exploring the theme of Outer Space and using drama, dance and singing to help develop their confidence, concentration and social skills.

On 15th January Form 4 visited the Natural History Museum and travelled through the exhibition Whales: Beneath the surface.
